How we handle your details
Cperfect AS, organisation number 925 486 434, Oslo, Norway, is responsible for the details you send us. Write to hello@hosthouse.group with any question.
When you book a walkthrough, we receive your email address and anything else you choose to add: your name, your organisation, what you are hosting and a line of text. We use it only to reply and to arrange the walkthrough, because you asked us to (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and because answering you is in our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).
The form opens your own mail app with the message ready to send, so it comes straight to our inbox. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for the walkthrough and any work that follows, and delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact unless we start working together.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to hello@hosthouse.group. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
This site sets no tracking cookies. It remembers your language and your offer selection in your own browser, and nothing else.
